Easy to make and freeze for cold days in the office. I usually start my slow cooker on low after lunch and by the time I'm hungry for dinner, it's ready!

A thick and dare I say it, creamy healthy "milk shake." Can even be made in the morning and fruit added. Soy milk is thicker than regular milk and has the creamy texture that 1% lacks. You can even add malt too it for a few more calories but so good!
A great wrap that keeps you full with so much protein. Fast and easy on the George Foreman grill!
This is like Greek Tzatziki (yogurt dip) but easier and yummier
Could not find vegan chocolate chip on spark ingredient list but do use them! They are yummy. I found mine at whole foods.
