When you have room for an occasional splurge, there is nothing better to splurge on than a home made tiramisu. This version of the popular desert I've developed has NO RAW EGGS. I do not like to use raw uncooked eggs in my food.
This is a wonderful old fashioned recipe like Grandma used to make. It makes the world's best Pumpkin pie-even people who say they hate Pumpkin pie LOVE this pie!!! I make it with a home made all butter part almond flour pie crust that adds so much to the pie. If you are watching your calories closer, don't eat the crust-this is where the bulk of the calories in this pie comes from-more than half the calories comes from the crust.
A gluten free perfect cornbread.
There is no reason to sacrifice texture or taste in your cornbread if you are gluten free.
You cannot distinguish the gluten free nature of this bread! You will love it.
Whether you are Wheat-free or not, this versatile pie crust easily takes Brown Rice Flour and/or Oat Flour as substitutions without sacrificing any of it's delicate flakey texture. I use 1 cup Brown Rice Flour and 1 cup Oat Flour when I make this recipe. I am allergic to wheat and gluten. This crust with the flour substitutions never disappoints!
The exotic flavors of Saffron and Cardamon powder work well in this delicious and nutrition rich dessert.

I have modiefied this recipe from the tradional recipe I used for many years to use to be Gluten free (to accomodate my recent allergy rotation diet) by illiminating the usual wheat flour and substituting with potato flour-without sacrificing any taste or quality. I actually believe them to be tastier with the potato flour than the traditional recipe.
I think this pie tastes so much better with much more lemon, and much less sugar than you find commercially available.
Plus PILE ON THE MERINGUE (I use less sugar here too in this recipe)-don't be stingy with it, it is so light and low in calories, why skimp on this wonderful topping.
Coupled with an Almond meal pie crust instead of wheat flour greatly reduces the carbs in this pie if you are watching your carbs!
A delicious and wonderful addition to your holiday meal, or any special occasion.
This recipe is super low in carbs, and Gluten Free. It is made out of Ground Almond meal-no grains at all.
It is super moist and dense-you will love it.
It can be made with regular Lemons too if you cannot find the Meyer Lemon.
Yields very hearty, healthy pancakes. This recipe should be put in the Breakfast Category, but was not available on the pull down menu.
This recipe is very allergy friendly as long as you are not allergic to Oats.
A lighter version of one of my favorite dishes. Falafel is usually deep fried. But this baked recipe has all the flavor without the extra calories from deep frying in oil.
This healthier version of Cashew Brittle is made without corn syrup or sugar. It is a sweet treat that is actually good for you.
A very satisfying Vegetable main dish meal.
Delicious, Wholesome, Organic and Alkaline.
These pancakes are both delicious and filling. No one will leave the table hungry.
A simple, wholesome sweet treat, that is Alkaline in nature.
These treats taste better than candy!
