I eat this every morning for breakfast. Unfortunately the values are approximate. I just eye it when I'm pouring the stuff in. I don't think I put quite as much walnuts and cinnamon in as what the ingredients say, but I have a hard time approximating amounts. BUT, that being said, this is a very yummy, healthy, breakfast that will fill you up, give you lots of energy and keep you full. :-)
