Almond Cookies

Flour-less/Gluten-free cookies. You can add other spices as desired to change the flavor. Good basic cookie. Fat is high but all healthy fats from nuts.

Bean Salad

Adapted from Holistic 3-Bean Salad recipe. The dressing used for this is the Holistic Salad dressing. I did not use the entire amount of salad dressing the original recipe called for so it can be added as desired.

Chicken salad

Adapted from the healing diet recipe (draxe.com). The original recipe adds 1 cup of sliced grapes and more mayonnaise. I left out the grapes because I didn't have any and used less mayo.

Chicken Sausage with Veggies

Adapted from the Healing Diet Recipes on draxe.com.
He uses a generous amount of healthy oils. I decreased the amount but it could be cut back some more.

Monkfish Provincial

This is less than half the servings of the orginal recipe which calls for 1-1/2 lbs of fish. The original recipe did not use red peppers and had sliced fresh mushrooms (8 oz) for full preparation. You can also use tilapia. Serve over pasta or rice.

Carrot, Raisin, Pineapple and Walnut salad

Good as dessert, a side item, or added to baby spring mix or spinach salad as a topping. I also make this with grated carrots but I got a good price on pre-cut julienned carrots.

Scallops with Garlic Chili Stir-Fry Rice Noodles

Inspired by the spicy scallop recipes and scallop stir-fry recipes. This is really spicy. Other meats can easily be substituted.
