Chicken is allowed on the Weight Watcher Core program. Therefore I am always on the lookout for good recipes that are also easy to make and easy on the budget. For interest I chose a mix of international recipes. Note *Always remember to remove all the skin and fat when preparing chicken.

Dessert is a course that typically comes at the end of a meal, usually consisting of sweet food sometimes cheese. Common desserts include cakes, cookies, fruits, pastries, ice cream, and candies. I have to adapt them so that they are Sugar-Free for my Diabetic Husband.
