Not low-fat (I don't consider it low fat, anyway), but very tasty and impressive for company. I decreased sugar by 1/2 cup already, and increased pumpkin pie spice to 2 Tbsp (I love me some spices!). Next time, I'm going to try fresh or frozen cranberries - I can't find dried cranberries that AREN'T sweetened.
Still trying to find ways to decrease the sugar and fat to make it better for me, while keeping the flavour! (But it's an awesome treat!)
My (sort of) home made pasta sauce
I like this in summer. No cooking involved and lots of fresh vegetables!
Yummy with yogurt, ice cream, a sauce for pork, add raisins and glaze a ham!
