This taverna-style chicken is usually prepared with the whole bird, but to save time (without skimping on flavor) we opted for using skinless chicken breasts and roasting them on a bed of potatoes.
Chicken breasts + a bag of frozen veggies + stir-fry sauce and a skillet, you've got dinner in 30 minutes!
This is my twist on both a homemade and Betty Crocker Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie.
