I use spices so everyone can add their own salt & pepper. An easy to make meal. I have a 11 pound of pressure cooker so time could vary. This is my very own recipe. I enjoy just adding things in a pot to see what we get!
This has 4.2 grams of fiber and 2.5 grams of protein per serving!
I took the original recipe, took out all fat and reduced the sugar. These still tastes great, of course if your making these for a special occasion or for someone without a weight problem, use the original recipe for the BEST taste!
Recipe is from Chef Brad, Mesa, Arizona but I have altered it to reduce calories & fat!
Use left over grilled chicken to make a fast meal!
An easy recipe that is ready in less then 10 minutes!
Made with spelt & rice flour!
