Stirfry in a soup
I usually just used what i have on hand to make this on a cold, dreary day. Other beans good in this would be Kidney or Cannellini. Fresh instead of frozen broccoli, or any veggie for that matter depends on what you can get. I believe the sodium in this recipe is less as i rinse the canned beans REALLY WELL. :) If you use a liquid broth instead of the paste, calculate 96 oz. of fluid. I measure the water by filling the spaghetti sauce jar three times and go from there for what i need.
This recipe was adapted from a blueberry oat bran muffin submitted by Dona1012, which was fabulous on its own. One of the comments on her recipe was that they are a bit sticky. To rectify this, I added 1/4 cup of WW Flour. While this increases the calories marginally, its just too hard to eat a sticky muffin while driving. :) This also ups the fiber a pinch. The flour can easily be omitted.
I love cinnamon with craisins, thus the amount. But adjust to your taste. You could also use pumpkin pie spice... YUM!
These are all my favorite things all in one salad! I make a big container of this and have it available to eat whenever I get hungry. I typically use about a TBSP of Ranch for a large serving. A little goes a long way. It helps me to get a taste of real ranch than suffering through a bad low or fat free ranch.

Put everything in to the crockpot and set on low for all day, or high for six hours. Best day after when everything has settled. I do use one small ham hock with fat removed.
