Pumpkin Turkey Chili
I found this recipe on a cooking site and modified it a bit to make it totally clean - it sounds a bit wierd, even smells a bit funny while cooking, but OMG, it tastes AMAZING!! The original recipe doesn't call for black beans and corn, but I added them, and I also omitted the cheese and sour cream that it called for to put on top after this is cooked - it still tasted delicious!
Frozen Banana Cocoa Whip
This is quick and easy if you have cut-up frozen bananas in your freezer. Whip it in the food processor as long as you can for the lightest texture.
