Super good for you you. Made with whole wheat four, wheat germ and flax seed!
Great way to get your chocolate fix in.
I love waffles but the oringal receipe that I had was high in calories and pretty high in fat, not to mention called for regular flour and milk. Took that receipe and used it as a base and altered it a lot to be a lot healthier. Now it's up to you if you choose to add a bunch of junk to them and change the nutritional info. But as is they are a much better alternative than the regular reciepe. Hope you all enjoy.
