For tastiest results, use either the meat of a mature bovine or young ovine. If using boving, the meat can be either raw or roasted rare to meduim rare.

supposed to induce labor within 48 hours for full-term pregnant women (I didn't make it to full term - without eating this - so I didn't get a chance to test that)
I wanted chili, had ground turkey thawed, and didn't want to go to the store, so pulled random things from the pantry!
High protein and high fiber, with a reasonable amount of calories, and really tasty too.
this version doesn't have mushrooms, because I'm not a fan, but you can definately add them if they're something that you like
recipe from my Low-Carb Slow-Cooker Cookbook; the sauce also calls for 2 Tbsp of slow-cooking tapioca, but since the only tapioca I could find was already in puddings, I decided to skp that one...
This works well with any cut of steak, and with meatloaf (Atkins birthday "cake" several years ago) and is extremely easy to adjust seasonings to taste.

*Vegan if you either don't frost, or have a different frosting recipe
Made without Cabbage, but still full of veggies. Very easy, it takes no time at all to prep, and with the slow cooker, cooking takes no effort or attention.
