I like recipes that throw in everything but the kitchen sink. All your dietary needs in one bowl of soup. What a concept.
Just put whatever veggies you have on hand. Add a packet of beef stew seasoning, toss in the crock pot and go!
This chili takes about 15 minutes to prepare. You can then simmer it for 3 or 4 hours on the stove, or toss it into the crockpot and let it cook all day.
A good way to use leftover pork or any leftover meat. Can be used for breakfast or dinner, or wrap in a tortilla for a breakfast burrito.
