A breakfast pizza that you don't have to feel guilty about eating, and it's very filling.
This is adapted from a Hungry Girl Recipe. She calls for it to be cooked in the Crockpot but I found it much easier to cook it on the stove top and it was fairly fast and didn't dirty up any more dishes, but I'll include the directions at the end.
These are a great tasting low calorie snack.These muffins are not only low in calories but they are low in sugar with 3.1 grams of sugar in eachone.
If you would rather use 1 Cup Of splenda and 1 cup of Sugar the calories per muffin end up being 213.
I also like to add Walnuts and that makes the calories on each muffin 215.
