Warm oatmeal with peanut butter mixed in and topped with a sprinkling of brown sugar. Yum!
Makes enough for two breakfast bowls and is great topped with vanilla-flavored granola as an extra treat.
This meatloaf tastes just as good as the one Mom used to make with real hamburger meat! Feel free to add diced onions for more intense flavor.
