LittleLeta's Red Pepper, garlic oil & tomato vinegar Salad Dressing

I like the flavored oils and vinegars from the "Oil & Vinegar" store. The possibilities are endless. This combination is particularly yummy, imho. =)

Not only for salad, this is great on spinach, chard, broccoli, etc.

LittleLeta's V16Plus Juice

Freshly extracted juice from 16 veggies plus aminos, vinegar and himalayan salt. Using all organic veggies, of course. V8's Got Nuttin on this. =)

LittleLeta's LowER Sodium Seasoning

Use for many of your seasoning needs. As for servings, I figured servings as if you had sprinkled a pinch (16th) on something. I call this lowER salt because the other spices dilute the salt rather than using it full strength....besides it adds tons of flavor.

1000 Island Dressing (LittleLeta's lighter Version)

A lighter, less sweet version. Add sweetener, sugar and/or use sweet relish if desired but don't forget to reconfigure the nutritional info if you do.

Wonderful with shrimp or langostino salad.

LittleLeta's Basic Creamy Polenta w/tomatoes & spinach

Goes well with most meats. I usually serve with chicken or fish. I love to use my pressure cooker to cook chicken thighs, strip the meat off the bones after cooked and add the meat to the polenta. I have not figured in the meat for this recipe. Quick and really tasty.

Salad Dressing/Marinade Starter

This is a perfect canvas for starting a variety of vinaigrettes and marinades.

This isn't low fat but it doesn't take much to make a salad taste great.
