Bought these from the store, guessing on ingrediants to figure out cal/fat content. WONDERFUL! Will definately prepare these myself one day, using LOW or NON fat mozzarella cheese instead!!! And skipping the little bit of seasoned bread crumbs on the outside. They added nothing to it. The inside was all you need to make this dish scrumptious!
This recipe is for full fat Mozz. Cheese!!! If you make this you will need to edit this!!! Most of the fat/sat. fat is from the cheese!!! DEFINATELY get some low fat mozzarella!
Haven't tried this yet. Just an idea I wanted to try out and see how the numbers came up on the calculator...
