wasn't sure about the combo of ingredients but served with brown basmati and it was excellent!
This was so good...I also topped it with freshly made salsa...omg was it good! I used orange pepper as didn't have any green pepper and carrots on it was good.
Something quick if you have left over turkey and stove top stuffing. Make this dinner and make a healthy salad and you have a very quick good meal and then left overs. Serves 4 to 6 people
