Recipes I've Shared:
Taken from TOH 2010. This recipe is absolutely amazing!! Very light and fluffy, with great flavor. Next time I will experiment with omitting the egg yolks to make it a little more healthy?
Whole wheat flour, ricotta cheese and pumpkin make for a deliciously dense, filling pancake.
Quick and easy main course, kid-friendly, and nice way to use canned salmon. Not to mention DELICIOUS! Serve with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and refried beans for the side dish.
Modified recipe, combination of moosewood cookbook recipe and SparkPeople user DENIBREITENBACH. I freeze individual patties and thaw, cook when needed.
TOH 2011 recipe - very good! Like a coffee cake. I make it in 2 round cake pans vs. the 9X13. One of our favorite rhubarb recipes - very moist, great flavor.
This goes together very quickly for a quick breakfast option or snack. Kid-friendly, a bonus.
Good way to put your rhubarb to use! Low calorie, fast and easy to prepare, good for those summer pot lucks or bbq get-togethers. Kids love it; they might not guess what is in it:D
Can easily cut recipe in half, and use one variety of bean. We love this recipe so much, it doesn't last long. Very versitile for uses...as a dip, spread, on salad...use your imagination!!
Simple, filling main dish with few ingredients. Also kid-friendly. Good paired with a side salad.
