This is an adaptation of a recipe from Stephanie Gallagher. I originally made it butternut squash and it was wonderful. Don't happen to have squash right now so making without.
Served with brown rice, green beans and dinner rolls, this is one meal that never misses the mark. My kids AND husband agree this is a keeper.
This recipe is from the Biggest Loser Family Cookbook. One of my kids loved it, the other doesn't do squash. :)
This is a recipe adapted from Recipetips.com. The original used chicken and jalapeno peppers but since I can't get those right now, I substituted 2 habaneros and 1 pablano and we like it better. I also used a salt substitute to reduce the sodium.
