Thyme-Roasted Butternut Squash

This recipe is from the Biggest Loser Family Cookbook. One of my kids loved it, the other doesn't do squash. :)

Jamaican Jerk Pork

This is a recipe adapted from The original used chicken and jalapeno peppers but since I can't get those right now, I substituted 2 habaneros and 1 pablano and we like it better. I also used a salt substitute to reduce the sodium.
