Taken from a pal's idea to create our own version of the vegan Larabars. I used what I had on hand but, really, any combination of nuts, seeds, dried fruit and dates (my favourite!) would work... just keep in mind that the NI will differ depending on what you use.
I found a MOST decadent recipe on another recipe site that sounded delish, but at over 500 calories per serving, I knew I could improve things...
This soup has a nice decadent creamy texture without all the extra fat & calories; the curry & garlic add a nice bit of warmth -- the perfect addition to any winter dish.
