I reworked this recipe to see if I could make it lower calorie and fat and still delicious. Haven't tried them yet!
Made by my co-worker - this was the BEST carrot cake I've ever eaten.
Use the whole box of mix. I entered it in as 8.75 servings because that made the calorie count correct for the mix alone.
I adapted this recipe using the one on the elbow macaroni box and using Spaghetti squash instead of the pasta. It was really ugly, but deelish!
Use cooked chicken, a little pasta and whatever veggies you have on hand
I made this to use up leftovers from the night before
This is my version of the Weight Watchers no points soup. I add 1/4 cup of any type of canned beans to the soup bowl before I eat it, so I can measure how much I'm getting.
