Pam's Yummy Green Smoothie

I saw a version of this on "B Organic" on Create and was amazed you could use an apple with the skin on in a smoothie!! If you want it to be greener than the picture, add more spinach and/or kale. I probably could have added a full serving of the flax and hemp seed but was erring on the side of low fat.

Rice and Broccoli Casserole

These were supposed to be rice/broccoli balls baked in muffin tins but they came out too watery. Adding 3 more cups of rice (original recipe called for 1 cup) helped a bit but still too loose to shape into balls.

Whole Wheat Veggie Pizza (Low Sodium)

Used low sodium Pomodoro sauce and soy cheese to control the sodium

Hearty Chicken and Butternut Stew (low sodium version)

Hearty stew that uses no salt added chicken broth, diced tomatoes and omits the olives
