Note: This recipe makes 12 large muffins. You can make 18 muffins for about 125 cal a muffin too.
I love all breads but unfortunately it packs the pounds on me. So I try to make treats that will help with my weightloss efforts. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do. They only have 9.3 net carbs. Not bad for a great filling snack to curb those sweet cravings.
My version of Chili's Monterey Chicken I love that dish so much i wanted to make it at home. Trkey bacon can be used in place of regular bacon, but i prefer the smokey taste of regular bacon in this dish. You can also increase the servings for more people but this is based on just 3 servings.
