This is a wonderful tasting smoothie for under 100 calories and takes less than 5 minutes to make
This is a great soup to have if you like stuffed cabbage but do not like the calories or have the time to do the work. put everything in the slow cooker before work and it will be ready when you get home. I serve this at church gatherings and no one is the wiser that it is low calorie soup.
If you are looking for a meal that you can cook for dinner that the whole family will like and you do not want to spend alot of time doing it than give this one a try
