This is not the low calorie version... but it is the Darn good one ! It makes 2 quarts of dip and if you stick to 2 tbsp... you only are eating 115 calories. But sticking to 2 tablespoons has proven most difficult for me!
modified from a restaurant I like steamed veggies without salt and butter if they are spicy! So this is my way of keeping a healthy option on hand ...
Great GREAT GREAT !!!! yummy little cheese cake squares with hardly any of the guilt!
The jury is still out on this one. I needed chocolate and I needed fruit ... it got me through today but I am going to need to tweak the recipe ...needs to be sweeter. Maybe no Cal splenda ?
I like to mix the Frank's with the Blue Cheese and dip my fork full of lettuce and chicken into the dressing...hmmmmmm good. and pretty spicy. This is not for the weak!

an item I like to get at the store but found there could be some modifications to make it healthier.
I stole this from Betty Crocker's :Soup ,Stew, and Chili Cook Book, then I modified it for my family (less heat and less Sodium). So watch out the is a large batch of pork chili, pairs nicely with fat free sour cream ,tortilla. and some avocado slices
(If I wasn't concerned about sodium I would add a can of pinto beans)
While trying to remain true to my recipe I substituted my traditional ingredients with healthier ones. 238 calories per serving
My Friend Sue G and I copied this out of her Hungery Girl Cook Book! I have to get a copy of this book!
