Makes a delightful glass of iced coffee...or add skim milk and sugar free syrup for a yummy iced latte!
Great chocolate taste with plenty of protein to make this a meal!
I left the tortillas out of this recipe...the filling is so good you can eat it by itself...or add a whole grain tortilla and just record it to your nutrition sheet separately! At 143 calories...have two servings!! ;-)
Great side dish or a pretty salad to take to a potluck. 1/2cup serving is only 85 calories and ZERO fat! It is a side at all our family get togethers.
Easy breakfast dish that can be made the night ahead...and only 130 calories a serving!
Caution: This is a lot of work...so may be for those who have the time and love to cook! But it sure is good!
Yummy, cheesy pepperoni rolls. Dip in Pizza sauce or enjoy alone...you will smile!
I have tried to eliminate white sugar and artificial sweeteners from my diet...which means no more of my beloved fancy Starbucks drinks. So...I went on a quest and came up with this syrup. Add it to whole milk and espresso and you have a nice mocha!
Yummy soup...perfect for a cool fall or spring day...one I love when not feeling so well either!
Marinated chicken breasts in a non-alcoholic, sugar free margarita mix (Sold at Wal-mart and various other places)
Wonderful, light, spicey cake...frosted with low cal whipped topping makes for a low cal cake option!
People always rave over my chocolate chip cookies. I think tere are two key factors that make them so good...the fat in it is butter flavored shortening instead of butter or margarine, and the second factor is the cooking time....the secret for that is in the recipe.
The recipe calculation is for ONE cookie...the batch makes 5 dozen...or 60 cookies.
WARNING: It is hard to stop at one!!!!!!
I made this in Malawi whenever I could get my hands on pasta (doesn't have to be just rotini) It lasted a long time and was a taste of 'home' for me. Can be lower in calories if you have access to splenda.
