This makes a wonderful puree to add to any creamed soup. I like to use it as a base for many 'cream style' recipes.
Can also be thinned with water or broth to make a thinner version for soup.
This takes a little time but is so worth it! I use it frequently in my soups and sauces of all kinds.
This tastes somewhat like a ranch dressing. Feel free to be creative with the spices. This is also excellent as a marinade for chicken breasts or dip for veggies.
