Don't know where i got this!
Gently toss fresh or dried pasta with this ragu the Italian way, ladling it in gradually so it evenly coats the pasta but doesn't overwhelm or saturate them.
The recipe is yet another fabulous creation from the Fine Cooking website. It's not low in calories, but on a miserable wet or snowy day, it hit's the spot! Enjoy!
Yields about 4 1/2 custs, enough for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds of pasta.
Got this recipe from the Fine Cooking magazine. If you like finish this checken stir-fry with a mix of fresh cilantro and mint instead of basil. Serve over cooked jasmine or brown basmati rice. Pork can be subbed for Chicken. Enjoy!
Again I pulled this off another web site cause I question the nutritional value and sure enough when entered into our calculator it is lower.
Can only take the cred for sharing! I found this on Recipezaar and it sounded so good I had to share.
Everyone seems to fall in love with this creamy slaw. Note, I am using Napa Cabbage instead of regular because it has the lowest carb count! Good to know!
I took the top ten recipe and just changed the ingredients of the Cream of Chick soup to 98% FF and subbed the sour cream to Chobani FF plain yogurt (6 oz.) just to compare the calorie differenct. From 410 cals. to 294 Cals. Now I can have 2 of them! :-)
Got this from Alton Brown
