These are VERY moist - great for an after-school snack or breakfast treat. I baked them in stoneware muffin pans - you may need to adjust bake temp/time with metal pans.
This has 20g of protein, less than 8g fat and only 314 calories per serving. Super easy weeknight meal.
Low calories, fat AND carbs. I serve over brown rice.
I threw together some leftovers and came up with a low-cal, low-fat dish for dinner.
