Here's a great recipe for Sangria! Normally cranberry juice is added to substitute red wine in non-alcoholic recipes of the drink, but having both gives it an extra kick.
The club soda I used was flavored with lemon, so I didn't need much actual lemon juice. If you can't find flavored club soda, you can either add more juice or even some lemonade drink mix.
A found a less-healthy version of this recipe online, so I tweaked it by changing some of the ingredients, and it turned out to be one of the best cakes I have ever eaten!
