Vegetarian dish for one using a Quorn Chik'n Cutlet & all fresh ingredients.
I used to love Manwich when I was a kid... now that I'm a vegetarian, this is a super tasty substitute!
I had a bunch of random CSA veggies to use & decided what better way to eat them then served up in tasty little won ton pockets! :)
mock "tuna" melts make me not miss the real thing at all!

a low calorie, low fat vegetarian alternative! :) Use salt free tomatoes to lower the sodium content.
