Calories may vary depending on the amount of chicken used and what is used to bread them..
Usually use regular diced tomatoes, but had the chili ones on hand..to lower sodium, use no salt added diced tomatoes and sauce.
Was just looking to use up the Easter eggs and have it still be healthy...the measurements are what they are for the eggs b/c I weighed the eggs I took from the basket as I added them to the bowl to prepare.
Chicken breasts pounded down a bit filled with diced tomatoes and stuffing mix (can also mix in some cheese as well)--to reduce sodium will next time use low sodium or no salt added tomatoes and stuffing..also, this could serve 4 or 8 as well. I used a pound of of chicken breasts that were already pounded/sliced thin..usually just put the rest of the stuffing in the pan as well as a side for those that want more stuffing than what is inside the chicken.
Got this from Kraft...figured it with 4 servings b/c I have 4 dessert cups, so depending on how you use it (cake, cups, or parfaits) the calories/servings may differ..
I usually use beef to make my meatballs, but only had ground turkey in the house. So, I made meatballs anway! The milk and seasonings are possibly over estimated. I only poured a little bit of milk and the seasonings, I used about nickel size amounts in my hand. Also, I made about 4-5 meatballs that were a little bigger than the rest, but in total the recipe made 30 meatballs. Probably could have gotten another 4 or 5 more if I did not make a few bigger ones.
