I make this dish either for lunch or dinner, and I love it! It makes a nice size bowl and is sooo satisfying. Sometimes I use egg whites, and other times I use canned tuna or salmon from Trader Joes. I don't always use the soy sauce because of the sodium, but it does make it extra tasty! You can also make this vegetarian or vegan by using soy cheese, and no egg white. Or simply vegetarian by making it this way. And hey, if you are a carnivore then use some chicken instead of the egg whites! This recipe is for everyone!
