I found this recipe in Women's Day Magazine while waiting to get my car fixed. The original recipe called for Pine Nuts as well but I took them out and it reduced the calories per serving by a lot.
This is an old recipe that my mother used to make. It's really easy to make and very low-fat. You can use different flavors of pudding and graham crackers to change it up a bit! The graham crackers may get a bit soggy if you leave it in the fridge for a few days but I think that makes it taste even better!
