I use either chicken tenderloin or just plain old boneless, skinless chicken breast. We LOVE it! Also, if you use the fat free dressing, you'll want to use some non-stick spray for the pan you cook it in!
This is a simple cheese ball that is more like a spread... Serve it with raw veggies or whole grain veggies. We intend to try it on cooked broccoli and cauliflower....
This is a recipe that yields approxiamately the same amount as a 1.25 oz packet of commercial seasoning. This is not low sodium, but much better than the packets...
