These cookies are very healthy. You get 2 for about 100 calories. Not bad at all. You can add or remove ingredients to your heart's content. I dont put the chocolate on. Enjoy !!

Dijon pork chops

Easy recipe, you can make it with any cut of pork.

Lemon chicken

Easy recipe, i didn't have chicken breasts so, i made it with thighs that i removed the skin.

Clementine cookies

The original recipe is made with oranges. I had clementines. You don't even peel them. And the frosting is great.
Very easy and tasty. Try eating only one !!
The batter and icning freeze well, i prepare batches in advance and bake them when i feel like it.

Clover Leaf Mild Curry Coconut Soup

Stole this recipe from the Clover Leaf website. It is very very good. The original recipe calls for 1 1/2 cup of lite coconut milk. I put in about 2 cups, thought it had not enough liquid with 1 1/2 cup.

Ham and pineapple loaf

A twist from the tradionnal meatloaf. Try it, you'll love it.

Breakfast casserole muffin

Here is your omelette baked in a muffin pan. You can play with the ingredients. Add what you have on hand.

Pepper marmalade

Great side dish. I put in 1 tbsp serving. That's what i usually eat.

Baked Banana Oatmeal

Borrowed the recipe from "Carrots N' Cake". I would try it with other fruits. Enjoy!!

Got this on the Allbran web site. I make my own jam, i make a prune and date jam. More fiber for my little body !!

This soup is soooo good. You eat it as a meal with chop stix and a spoon.

From the HG book, pages 302-303.
This is for 4 servings, the calory count is way off here compared to HG. It is suppose to be 152 calories per serving.

Cabbage and Tofu casserole

If you have ground meat, go for it. I had tofu, that's what went into it. *** there is no rice in this recipe ***

Vegetable broth (low fat low sodium)

This veggie broth is made with what you have in the fridg or freezer. I always keep some in the freezer to make a big pot of veggie soup.

Friendship amish bread low fat and sodium

Healthy version of the amish friendship bread.
I bring this at the office and the guys almost get into a fight to get the last pieces.

This recipe is very versatile. You can add or subtract veggies. Freezes well too.

This recipe is from Quebec. I'm sure they used what they had left in the fridg. Very sweet but very good.

Mussles in garlic wine and herb sauce

For this recipe, you need a 2 pound bag of mussles. Very good and easy to do.

Low fat sour cream muffins

These muffins are so easy to bake, 30 minutes from start to finish. You can add chocolat chips, nuts, dried fruits, the calories will vary.

Lentil soup

This soup is great. For a faster version, use a can of rinced lentils. You can use water or vegetable broth instead of chicekn broth. Use red wine vinegar.

Butternut soup

This recipe was given to me by the local cooking school. It is great, try it. I always use homemade chicken or vegetable broth that is low in fat and sodium.
