Easy recipe, i didn't have chicken breasts so, i made it with thighs that i removed the skin.
The original recipe is made with oranges. I had clementines. You don't even peel them. And the frosting is great.

Stole this recipe from the Clover Leaf website. It is very very good. The original recipe calls for 1 1/2 cup of lite coconut milk. I put in about 2 cups, thought it had not enough liquid with 1 1/2 cup.
