This is great on broccoli salad or coleslaw. Lighter than most & very yummy!
Love bean salad, but hate the fat in the oil. used a flavored vinegar to give it the fruity flavor with no fat.
Great alternative for those who don't like beans, or are watching starches.
This is not a healthy item, but if you are craving caramel apples, it's a great way to have a little at a time. I make a batch & share it with friends. Then eat a tablespoon with an apple for a great fall treat.
