This is a food network magazine recipe. (Ellie) Although I did shift a couple of amounts... My kids and I thought it was way yummy!
My son's favorite dish! sometimes I use 2 cans of tomatoes. I use lots of italian seasoning and fresh basil. My daughter loves cheese on top.
This is a really thick and chunky soup. Add more broth to make soupier. That will also drop the calorie count because there will be more servings. Do try the sour cream on top. I believe it "makes" the soup.
Sooooo yummy that neighbors are asking for the recipe and the kids had them for breakfast, snack and dessert!

All of these recipes have been made and eaten by myself and my family. Some are great "base" recipes and some are great all on their own. I tend to use 'reduced fat' whenever I can but I never use fat free. Mostly I adjust seasonings to taste.
