THIS IS A VERY GOOD TRADITIONAL JAPANESE DISH. HOWEVER, IT IS HIGH IN SODIUM, SO I SUGGEST ONLY 1/4 CUP SERVING. I MAKE A HUGE BATCH SO I CAN FREEZE FOR LATER. I SERVE THE RICE ON THE SIDE AND USE THE CURRY AS A GRAVY. I ALSO MAKE WITH OTHER VEGGIES AND USE CHICKEN VS. BEEF OR WITH JUST VEGGIES.
