I made this smoothie for a pre-workout meal and saved some for after my workout.
This is a recipe I got from rouxbe.com (an online cooking class) . It is simple, delicious and easy to make! I made it in an effort to practice my roux making skills :). I paired it with a side sald of greens with lemon shallot vinegarette (calories not included!) Delicious!
I came up with this recipe while I was sleeping lol. I woke up wanting it, so I put together what I thought were in home fries added an egg and two egg whites and viola! It was definitely yummy!!
I was looking for a chili recipe to make with the ingredients I had on hand. I took a recipe I found on allrecipes.com (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/
li/Detail.aspx) and modified it slightly and added veggies. I used traditional pasta sauce instead of tomato sauce , I added diced tomatos with green chilis, used mushrooms in place of ground beef, and added green and red peppers. Yummy!
I am doing the beach body in four weeks workout and diet plan that fitness magazine presented. This is one of their recipes. I am just adding this to count my daily calories, because I can only put in food from my meal plan on their site.
This is my modification to a recipe I found on Sparkrecipes.com. I put it on here for my reference to the calorie count.

This is my version of Fred's Market's Breakfast Sandwich. Its is a great combination between dairy, protein, and whole grains. I usually eat this with a piece of fruit and apple juice.
