My alternative to Fast Food breakfast Wraps
Prepare a head and its quicker than stopping at the drive thru.
A HUGE delicious HEALTHY meal. It has quite a few calories but your more than welcome to eat less, i choose to have larger suppers :) FULL OF FIBER, PROTEIN , NUTRIENTS!
I've never tried this until today so I am not sure how it will turn out, I will update this to let you know.
An Easy Healthy vegetarian wrap. I bake the whole package of Tofu and use it as wanted throughout the week.
This is one of my variations of oatmeal.I make it and give myself 1/3 and the rest to my hubby. Ps. Is very good!
A delicious homemade protein bar. This is the base recipe and I just add in what I want/ have on hand, Such as:
- nuts
-raisins
-chocolate chips, ect...
A delicious way to get vegetables and good ol oatmeal into your diet. GREAT for dessert too.
