A filling meal, that is quick and easy to make.
Great comfort food for those chilly evenings! A good "home cooked" meal with just a few ingredients. If you love stuffed cabbage rolls this fits the bill. It takes a long time to cook the cabbage in the slow cooker, you can boil it if you wish, to cut down the cooking time. The cabbage takes about 12 hours by itself, then another 8 - 10 hours to cook with everything else added. Serves 8.
A hearty breakfast or have it for dinner, with fruit and toast.
The tomatoes are getting ripe and I can never have enough ways to use them! A different take on pizza. Not something to eat everyday, due to the high sodium count but, for a nice treat .....YUM!!! I served this with a nice green salad for a light lunch or dinner.
same great flavor as original pasta salad, but now I can eat it too.
