Fresh and creamy taste
So all week i've been trying to eat clean again. I've been basically living off of brown rice and stir fry.... but I found something that I'm completely and utterly addicted to and I figured you would probably love it too so I'm sharing the easiest, quickest sauce I've ever invented... plus it's high in protein and good fats so what could be better?
*****Don't believe the recipe calculator nutrition facts!! I have no idea where it pulled all the sodium from. I checked all the ingredients separately and there should only be approx 275mg per serving NOT over 900!! I contacted technical help to remedy this problem...****
This is a bit of every sensation, mild with a heat kick, gently sweet with a bit of curry flavour. It's a good, slightly exotic, non-dairy alternative to cream of cauliflower.

Having an personal allergy to garlic, I sadly felt like I had to give up Baba Ganouj a long time ago - but with all the eggplant currently in season, I needed, finally, to give my own swing of it a try. This *much* lower in fat version (than the store bought) is also dairy free.
This is a pesto with a ton of flavour but not a huge amount of calories. I've not added in garlic due to a personal allergy however, if you're a garlic lover, feel free to add it in!

A great way to use leftover turkey, but it's definitely worth making the turkey for! Got rave reviews from picky eaters!
You can cut down the fat and sodium in this recipe if you like by using a "Low Sodium" variety of the soup or a "light" version of the marble cheese (or another cheese entirely). I used what we had in the house but feel free to experiment!
I love experimenting in the kitchen. As a hobbyist "Chef" many things just come to be on a whim. I needed a flavourful butter alternative last night and created this concoction in the kitchen - amazing on bread and crackers. Sweet and savory!
It was an absolute hit - especially at just under 35 calories per heaping tablespoon!
