My own tuna noodle salad recipe
Baked Spanish Rice made with lean ground beef. Mom's recipe, except I use a red bell pepper and add it to the mixture.
Combine dry ingredients. Add milk and oil, combine just until wet. Add in banana and blueberries. Measure by 1/4 cupfuls onto lightly sprayed pan. Makes 6 servings.

This is a recipe I adapted and made healthier by incorporating wheat flour and applesauce. I love the flavor the wheat flour gives these pancakes.
