Recipes I've Shared:
Just add water ... & lots of it ... well, to all these other goodies!
Add anything your heart desires, whatever leftovers might be in your fridge for a satisfying fuel!
Again, for the tracker, but OMG smelled so good when I walked in from the Y!
Simple and safe for most lactose intolerant!
Numbers are great, and the worst ingredient in it is the maltodextrin in the seasoning mix. Find one without, and I'm all over it!
Convenience food made smart 'n easy. Zesty soup that will fill you up. Even with all these low sodium ingredients, it still seems to pack a bit in there somehow (did not adjust down for rinsing the cannellini beans, may be a good percent of sodium along with the Pace)
Altered a similar recipe that a friend had shared with me to my tastes. Creating it here so I have something to record from.
Trying to make a lower fat, lower sodium dip/dressing for veggie munching. This one still has sour cream, because I wasn't ready to let that ingredient go yet!
Love the protein of my ol' bean chili, but have been watching sodium more and more. Trying this out with dried beans this time in an effort to reduce the sodium. Also, adding some ground turkey to give it more body. Gotta have something besides beans and peppers, or someone's going to have a bumpy night ;)
Tuna Salad with added flair
Yet another recipe to determine nutrition content of dinner
Another combo for recording purposes - but also gets in those veggies & cheese for the calcium deprived ;o)
Scraping together a creative meal with what's in the freezer
another concoction for the starved steam-in-bag chef!
Another concoction entered here to be able to compute calories/nutrition...
Also add spices of choice, I use cumin, Mrs Dash Spicy Chipotle, Mrs Dash Table Blend, Garlic, Onion Powder, Ancho Chili Powder, Chipotle Chili Poswer, Tumeric, Ground Coriander, Pepper (yup, no salt in this list! There's enough in the soup to fulfill your daily needs!)
