This is one of my favorite recipes - if I don't make it for a while I'll start to crave it. I use reduced sodium tamari and fat free Greek yogurt, so if you change that the nutritional information will change. The original recipe called for a pound of ground turkey, but we all know that a package has 20 ounces in it, so I usually end up using more than 1/2 cup of the celery, onion, and bell pepper.

Batter keeps in fridge up to six weeks, so you can make a few muffins at a time. Half this recipe fills my largest mixing bowl. I got this recipe from the WW message boards
