Wonton wrappers are, without a doubt, unsung heroes of the guilt-free kitchen. You can do SO much with these little blank slates, and they're easier to work with than you might think.
These are slightly higher calorie wise as I made them with light cream cheese instead of fat free.
As light as you can make it, tastes divine!

These are really fluffy, kids love them! Will never use a mix again. Adapted from recipezarr :)

Cauliflower with cheese "sauce". Great for low fat, low cal, abs diet, south beach etc. Made with yogurt instead of mayo.
Slightly different from the book, I use low carb protein powder, skim milk and a frozen banana.
This is a recipe I adapted from recipezaaar. These are thick and fluffy (and filling) pancakes. The water and banana are decreased from the initial recipe as they were too gooey.

From fitness magazine, I substituted brown sugar splenda instead of brown sugar. Delicious, lots of fibre and filling!
This is modified off another site. Read the ingredients list for proper portions, the calculated ingredients have odd measurements :)
These are make without a nut meal of any kind, so they taste more authentic to me. I use Vanilla protein powder as that's what I had, but feel free to experiment. This makes 2 small pancakes or 1 large (7-8") pancake.
