Easy Baked Ziti... Veganized!
Add any veggies you like... red peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives...
I felt like having potato salad and decided to experiment... came out pretty good if i do say so myself.. I added tofu for extra protein and that hard-boiled egg texture found in most potato salads.
Simple base for Wonderful chili... add peppers... tomatoes... onions... any veggies you wish!
