This is my favorite chicken salad and everyone who tries it has been hooked! I buy a package of mini sweet peppers so I can add more variety with color and it gives it that crunch it needs since I hate celery.
A very tasty recipe from Kikkoman that I added more veggies to please my family.
This is a somewhat modified version of a recipe found in an old Weight Watchers cookbook. It can definitely be modified to a lower fat/calorie recipe, by just removing or subbing the cheese for an alternative. This is how I serve it for my family and they love it!! Finally something they WILL eat that I can have. (I usually leave off the cheese for my own portion which cuts off about 100 calories.)
